Renowned historian and teacher of Peruvian gastronomy and pastry, with experience in investigation and making of Peruvian dishes. She taught at the Escuela Superior de Administración Hotelera y Turismo, Hotel Escuela INAT since 1995 and became member of
Le Cordon Bleu Lima staff in 2000 being responsible of teaching Peruvian Gastronomy and Pastry as well as Free Classes. She has been interviewed in many radio and TV shows and participated in several Gastronomical Festivals. She has also published over six books, all of them related to the history of Peruvian cuisine.
