Marisa Giulfo was born in 1940 and studied gastronomy in U.S. When she returned to Peru in 1970, being already a mother, she started doing the catering for kids parties and small groups meetings. Few by few she gain more fame and experience in this topic, grew her company and nowadays she is the most important business-lady for catering in Peru.

She has been invited several times as a judge in local and international gastronomical events, she attends to gastronomical festivals, writes in different magazines, and wrote a book about Peruvian cuisine.
