Marissa Giulfo among others. He has participated in many gastronomic festivals in different cities like Brusellas-Bélgica in 2005, Tokio-Japón in 2006, Cancún and Los Cabos-México, etc. he teaches in San Ignacio de Loyola Culinary School and Galia Culinary School, and is in charge of
Costanera 700 kitchen.
