This country-style restaurant islocated in Pachacamac, a valley about 40 minutes south from Lima. The ambiance is decorated with the "batanes" carved rocks traditionally used as mortar and pestle that the chef Don Cucho collects and still uses. You can also see antiques or artefacts used for cooking as well as baskets full of
ajies, potatoes and
corn. The restaurant serves old traditional dishes cooked using the old traditional techniques. In the chef's words, in his restaurant "we don't play as being the Chef" so, be ready to have a big generous dish.
