LA GLORIA
La Gloria is an elegant restaurant located in the heart of Miraflores. With a homely feel the restaurant provides exquisite dishes with a Mediterranean feel - the dishes are fused with a variety of delicious local cuisine. They use characteristic ingredients such as Olive oil, basil, aubergines, peppers and fresh fishes, as well as the appropriate Mediterranean spices. The walls are covered in art, and waiters rush by with plates of steaming food such as the outstanding yucca gnocchi, topped with Andean herb pesto; grilled tuna steak with eucalyptus aromas; braised suckling goat in an earthenware pot with chickpea puree.
